Available destinations, delivery methods, estimated windows and fees are calculated for your address and shown before payment. We do not hide delivery charges.

Dispatch and tracking
After dispatch, tracking information is provided when the selected carrier supports it. Estimates are not guarantees; we will communicate material delays known to us.

Returns and refunds
EU consumers may notify withdrawal within 14 days after receipt. Items should be returned complete, unworn beyond reasonable inspection and in their original condition. Contact us before sending a return so the correct instructions can be provided. Approved refunds use the original payment method after the return is received and checked.
